Dr. Tejaswita Sawant is the founder of Sunshine Child Development Center, Pune. Inspired by her journey as a mother and Doctor, she created Sunshine as a caring space for children with special needs. Her work focuses on education, therapy, early intervention, life skills, parent guidance, and emotional support, helping children grow with confidence, independence, and dignity.

Mr. Girish Pandit is the co-founder of Sunshine CDC & the tech brain behind building smart systems for Sunshine. With a compassionate heart & deep love for children, he supports the vision of creating structured, technology-enabled solutions for our children. His work helps Sunshine become more organized, data-driven & future-ready while keeping every child’s growth & dignity at the center.

Dr. Ashni Sawant is an occupational therapist at Sunshine CDC . As Ananya’s sister, she has grown up closely witnessing her journey, challenges, progress & potential. This personal experience has deeply shaped her compassion & commitment towards children with special needs. With professional training in occupational therapy & a heartfelt purpose, Dr. Ashni aims to dedicate her life to this mission

Mrs. Hemlata Mhase is an educationist, lifelong teacher, & Ananya’s grandmother. A true mother figure at Sunshine CDC, she manages the staff with empathy, warmth & care. Her lifelong passion for teaching & her deep love for children make her a strong pillar of Sunshine. With her guidance, blessings & nurturing presence, she brings stability, compassion & a sense of family to our Sunshine team.

 Ms. Ananya Sawant is the inspiration behind the Sunshine journey and a true role model of positivity, determination, and courage. With her never-say-never attitude, she reminds everyone that progress is possible with love, patience, and consistent effort. Her journey continues to inspire Sunshine’s mission of helping every child discover their abilities, confidence, and inner strength.
